Who ever said that our Superfood Smoothie Mix was just for smoothies? These filling little bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge so that you can get your breakfast or a quick, healthy snack by just reaching in and grabbing a few nibbles. Done and delicious!
Makes ~16 balls
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Superfood Smoothie Mix
- 1/4 c raw oats
- 1/4 c shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tsp yacon syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- pinch pink salt
- 3 Tbsp water
- top with shredded coconut and goji berries
