Peach Cobbler Pancakes

Feeling peachy this AM with this stack Peach Cobbler Pancake Recipe by: https://thewholesomebanana.wordpress.com Ingredients: 1/3 Cup oats 2 Tbsp Natural Rice Protein 1 Scoop Collagen 1 Tbsp Almond flour 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 2 Tbsp Apple Sauce 9 Tbsp water 3 Tbsp Ground flax seed 1/4 Cup Nut milk 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder 1/4 tsp Almond extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 peach cut into thin slices or chunks Preparation:
  1. Whisk together water and ground flax seed until well combined to create an flax "egg" mixture
  2. place in fridge to set for 15 minutes
Directions:
  1. In a blender, blend everything except for the peaches until a batter forms
  2. Heat a skillet on medium-low heat and add some batter
  3. Cook for about a minute, then add the peach slices or chunks
  4. Flip when bubbles form and the edges are dry. Cook on the other side for about 2 minutes or until done
  5. Serve them up with some homemade dairy free yogurt or yacon syrup. Enjoy!
